A Cozy + Productive Saturday of a 26-year old (feat. Puppy Cameo!)

This vlog was filmed on the first Saturday of November, and honestly… I’m proud of myself for editing it before the month ended. 😂 I kept it to one day so it felt more manageable, and it ended up being such a cozy little snapshot of my real life right now.

Lately I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my Saturdays — instead of letting them slip away, I’m working on using them for the things that make my week feel smoother: chores, meal prep, content editing, and just taking care of myself and my space.


One thing that’s helped me a ton is brain dumping. I talked about it in the vlog, but getting everything swirling around in my head onto paper has been such a game changer. It keeps my Saturdays productive without feeling overwhelming, and it makes me feel like I’m actually choosing how I spend my time. I also shared my favorite planner in the vlog, which is the only one that’s stuck with me this year.


After that slow start — stripping the bed, making a smoothie, and writing out my plan for the day — the vlog jumps to my afternoon. I got a workout in, did a grocery run, and then finally introduced you to our new puppy, Levi. I realized I haven’t uploaded a vlog since before we brought him home, so he’s very much stealing the show in this one.


We took him to the park, came home for a little PetSmart haul moment, and I showed how we do his dinner routine downstairs. Then the vlog ends the best way any Saturday vlog should: with fresh bedding straight out of the dryer. I fully accept that I am incapable of the “revolving sheet” method. When I wash my bedding, it goes right back on — it just hits different.
