Spring Vibes for Winter Weather

I used to say my favorite season is fall and winter. While fall is still my favorite, I don’t think winter is anymore. Earlier this week it was snowing on campus – it’s mid April and it was snowing!! I am not a fan of the cold winter weather anymore. 

I can’t wait for temperatures to warm up. It’s predicted to warm up this weekend to around 60°-70° where I am. That will be such a nice change! I cannot wait for spring to come even though it technically is already here. It just doesn’t feel like it is!

This outfit gives me springy vibes, I usually don’t like the color red, but this top was too cute to leave behind in the store. I love the peplum style not only on the body of the shirt, but also on the sleeves. 

I also love how simple the top is because I could dress it up or dress it down. For class I usually don’t get too dressed up, but I look to look somewhat put together. Adding the statement necklace to this outfit made it appear that I am more dressed up than I am. 

I can’t wait for this weekend’s warm weather. I’m more motivated to get all my work done so I don’t have to be trapped inside the library when I can possibly be enjoying the nicer weather.  Well at least I hope it warms up, if the weatherman predicted wrong then you can bet I’ll be a little sad.
